Bevis Marks The Restaurant - Review

Bevis Marks the Restaurant is the best London Kosher restaurant. It is the only Kosher restaurant you can take a client to without having to trek to the suburbs and where you can count on high quality food and service, but beware, the prices reflect this.

The food at Bevis Marks the Restaurant can best be described as British fusion and no other Kosher restaurant does anything like it. The menus change slightly depending on availability of seasonal produce. Even the traditional dishes such as the salt beef have a special twist to them differentiating the experience from your usual Kosher dining. The chopped liver is very rich, the chips are hand cut thick and amazing, the deserts do not taste like they are parev and the cocktails are also worth a try.

The only downsides of this restaurant is that it closes relatively early in the evening because the majority of city dining takes place at lunch and its prices make it a rare treat, but well worth it

My boyfriend and I ate at Bevis Marks for my birthday. One of the best meals I've ever had :) It was a bit pricey but to be fair we were so stuffed that we couldn't eat dessert. I was smiling from ear to ear all the way down the street.

They also have a cookbook out. I've tried several recipes and they've all come out brilliantly. Especially the melted chocolate cake.
